Good Afternoon! Recently, I have been thinking about changing my hair routine because I have been using the same products for the last few months, and I thought it would be a good time for a change. So, after looking at certain reviews and demos, I decided that I wanted to try the Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Fortifying shampoo (right) and conditioner (left).
A few months ago, I purchased my first Garnier Fructis products and I fell in love with them. Over the last few months, I have used the Garnier Fructis Hydra Recharge Fortifying shampoo and conditioner. And, I think that my hair feels stronger and healthier since using their products.
But, I wanted to switch out my hair routine and try something new. So, I knew I wanted to repurchase a Garnier Fructis shampoo and conditioner, but I wasn’t sure which one to buy. After a long search of reviews and smelling every bottle at the market, I purchased the Pure Clean.
The first aspect that I loved about the product was the packaging. It’s simple and stays true to the logo of Garnier Fructis. Second, of course, I immediately smelled the shampoo (don’t deny it, everyone loves to pick the best-smelling shampoo)! The smell of the shampoo and conditioner describes the name of the product perfectly: pure clean. When I smell this product, the smell is simple, pure and clean.
Also, call me a tree-hugger, but I love that the packaging says that it is 92% biodegradable. I think it’s awesome that the company wants to promote environmental awareness within their company and through their products.
Finally, I liked that the product lists what hair type the product would work best for. For example, this shampoo and conditioner is specifically for normal hair, whereas some of their other products are for dry and damaged hair. It’s great to see a specific product for your hair type.
When I used the shampoo in the shower, the first thing I noticed was how little of an amount you need for the shampoo to lather in your hair. I love when I can purchase a product that will last for a long time, and knowing that I need a quarter-size dot of shampoo is a great feeling!
The conditioner was a surprise to me when I applied it through my hair. I only apply conditioner to the ends of my hair, not my roots. But, I have to admit that I am a conditioner-freak…meaning I will apply a little (lot) more conditioner than necessary. However, I found that with this product, you don’t need to use more than a normal quarter-size drop to have silky, smooth ends.
Overall, my first impressions of these products were all positive, and I do highly recommend giving this shampoo and conditioner a try if you haven’t already.
I hope you all enjoyed today’s post on my first impressions of the Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Fortifying shampoo and conditioner. Also, as always, I hope you all enjoy the lovely weather this weekend, and I will talk to you all soon
