Weird Ways To Burn 200 Calories

Hello, everyone!

I stumbled upon this video and thought it would be a cute addition to yesterday’s post on simple ways to stay healthy. Who knew that you could burn calories in simple, mindless ways. Maybe I’ll try chewing gum for 18 hours to burn 200 calories. Then again…maybe not.
